• Provide a detailed estimate for Insurance Carrier approval. Our Estimators have complete knowledge of insurance industry requirements and protocols.
• Co-scope your property damage, along with your Insurance Adjuster to ensure an accurate estimate is written.

Jenkins Restorations has dedicated emergency response crews available to assist you 24/7/365. Just contact the office location nearest you – day or night – we can usually be at the site of the incident within the hour following notification.

Jenkins Restorations works closely with emergency personnel and subcontractors to help prevent and decrease liability exposure for property owners.

• Board-Up Service – Jenkins is equipped to provide 24-hour emergency board-up services (covering windows, securing doors, and tarp roofs) to secure and minimize damaged property.
• Emergency Demolition – By removing water damaged areas, broken glass, trash, and debris after a fire; Jenkins provides a “make-safe” environment with “Loss Site Cleanup” of your property or building complex.
• Trade Services include equipment such as generators; electrical for restoring temporary power and isolating faulty electrical lines; plumbing to include winterization or isolation of broken supply/waste lines; HVAC for heat or air condition.
• Tree Removal – From trees to large limbs on your dwelling, Jenkins Restorations provides or coordinates removal of trees from structures (houses/buildings).
• Shoring – Major Structural Damage Support – Jenkins is available to provide services such as the shoring up of load-bearing walls that have been compromised. Jack and Shoring is recommended for both initial building stabilization and to prevent additional damage from possible structural collapse.
• Cause & Origin Investigation Support – Jenkins’ personnel is knowledgeable & experienced in assisting County and Insurance Carrier Investigators.
